By creating an account or using Caribbean Hotel Jobs you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Caribbean Hotel Jobs is an online platform that lets employers in the hospitality industry advertise jobs and lets job seekers find and apply for them. We are not an employer or recruitment agency and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the site.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per job seeker account. Employer accounts must represent a real business you're authorised to act for.

Rules for employers

• Only post genuine, currently available positions that you're authorised to fill.
• Never charge candidates any fee to apply, interview, train or obtain a work permit.
• Describe jobs, pay and benefits honestly, and comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws where the job is based.
• Only use candidate information to assess them for the roles they applied to.

Rules for everyone

• No spam, scams, harassment, discriminatory or unlawful content.
• Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything containing malware.
• Don't scrape, overload or attempt to break the site's security.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You give us permission to host and display it in order to run the service, including showing job listings to the public and to search engines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site reliable and listings trustworthy, but we can't guarantee that any job will be filled, that any candidate will be hired, or that information posted by users is accurate. Use your judgement, and report anything suspicious to us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caribbean Hotel Jobs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or for the actions of employers or job seekers who use it.

Fees

The service is currently free for employers and will always be free for job seekers. If we introduce paid features for employers, we'll give notice before any charges apply.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
