Recruit for me
We find, screen and present candidates for a skilled, supervisory or management role. You pay when your hire starts, with a free replacement within 90 days. Managers: 15% of first-year base pay (at least $3,000).

Managed hiring day
We run a walk-in hiring day for you: promotion across the islands, online pre-registration and time slots, reminders, check-in and first screening.

Pre-opening campaign
For openings and reopenings: your own hiring pages by department, promoted hiring days, and bulk screening so your managers only meet the right people. $17,500 for up to 300 roles; bigger teams are quoted.

Work-permit advert pack
Supports your permit file: your advert listed here with the details permit adverts ask for, a dated proof-of-advertising report, and a log of local applicants and outcomes. It never replaces the advert the law requires on the government portal or in the newspaper.
- $99 per vacancy
- $790 for 10 vacancies, used within 12 months
- Newspaper booking +$49, plus the paper's own charge
- For the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Bermuda and the BVI
In Jamaica, Shortlists and Recruit for me aren't available yet while we complete licensing; hiring days and campaigns there cover promotion and organisation, with screening left to your team.
